The invitation has been issued by the South Central Clinical Commissioning Group, which has been appointed by the Government to design and buy local health services for approximately 250,000 people in the south and centre of Birmingham.
Clinical Commissioning Groups are groups of GPs that, from April 2013, have been responsible for planning and designing local health services in England.
