Robin Clarke sends news that on Thursday, 8th November, there will be a hearing of the Judicial Review legal challenge to the city centre bus changes on the grounds that there was zero consultation of bus users on the question of blocking bus routes.

The bus system is now badly crippled and certainly in no position to increase, let alone double usage. Thousands of users are already angered by the changes but Robin fears that there is worse to come.

The hearing is at the Civil Courts in Bull Street (former Lewis’s, round the corner from Square Peg). It’s likely to be 10.30 or possibly earlier up to 9.30.

To confirm what time the hearing is you have to phone 0121 250 6319 or check http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/court-lists/list-birmingham after 2.30 the afternoon before (CO/5097/2012) or phone/email Robin, 0121 456 4274 – r[at]rpcc[dot]info
